Citi Belfast is hiring an Prime Services Operations Analyst (Intermediate) to support client activity and resolve operational queries in a hybrid Belfast setting. You will liaise with settlements, manage enquiries and drive efficiency across daily processes and controls.

Ideal candidates will bring client service experience, knowledge of prime finance middle office products, and strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, value-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Client service mindset with direct exposure to client relationships.
• Knowledge of Prime Finance Middle Office products and processes.
• Proficient in using in-house systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for client and administrator queries.
• Manage client activity and liaise with settlements to resolve issues.
• Handle escalations and perform daily processing and controls.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual touch points and improve client experience.
• Provide operational support and contribute to client-driven revenue initiatives.
