Job summary

Statista is seeking a (Junior) PR & Communications Manager to support and shape communications across the EMEA region, with a clear focus on Germany and the UK. Reporting to the Head of PR & Communications, you will turn Statista’s data, products, and corporate stories into compelling narratives, proactive media relations, and relevant communications content.

You will manage day-to-day PR and external communications activities in Germany and the UK while working closely with an international PR

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of relevant professional experience in PR, corporate communications, brand communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong writing and editing skills with high‑quality press materials and pitches.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day PR and external communications in Germany and the UK within the EMEA region.
• Draft, edit, and tailor materials in German and English (press releases, pitches, op‑eds, Q&As).
• Plan and execute always‑on media relations to secure earned coverage across Tier 1 & 2 media; monitor trends for opportunities.
