Statista is seeking a (Junior) PR & Communications Manager to support and shape communications across the EMEA region, with a focus on Germany and the UK. You will turn data and corporate stories into compelling narratives, and manage day‑to‑day PR in Germany and the UK while collaborating with an international team.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and proactive communicator who can translate complex topics into clear narratives and grow their career in a fast‑moving global company.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of relevant professional experience in PR or communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Strong writing/editing skills for press materials, pitches, and editorial content.
• Experience in media relations, journalist outreach, and press opportunities.
• Understanding of the German media landscape; UK knowledge is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative, and reliable working style.

Responsabilidades

• Execute day-to-day PR and communications activities across EMEA, focusing on Germany and the UK.
• Draft and tailor German and English press materials, pitches, op-eds, and Q&As.
• Plan and execute media relations to secure coverage across Tier 1 and Tier 2 outlets and podcasts.
• Support integrated campaigns including thought leadership and corporate announcements.
• Build relationships with journalists and editors across German and UK media.
• Prepare executives for media interviews and external appearances.
• Create LinkedIn content translating priorities into executive communications.
• Support US PR activities and other EMEA markets when needed.
• Coordinate PR partnerships and external speaking opportunities.
