RM Education, part of the RM Group, is seeking a PPC & Paid Media Manager for the TTS division in Hucknall. You will drive paid search campaigns across channels, maximise ROAS, and contribute to revenue growth in a fast-paced B2B ecommerce environment.

You will collaborate with the Senior Digital Acquisition Manager to develop strategy, manage budgets, perform keyword research and implement tests. This is a hybrid role with two days per week based in Hucknall.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital performance management
• Knowledge of PPC and data feeds for Google Shopping
• Proficient in Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Analytical with web metrics and digital analytics
• Experience managing a team and developing others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Develop, plan and implement a comprehensive digital advertising strategy.
• Manage day-to-day paid campaigns: budget allocation, bid management and ad copy optimization.
• Use data to identify gaps and opportunities and formulate strategy.
• Perform keyword research and content gap analysis to optimize ROI.
• Develop reports on ROAS, conversions, and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements to identify best-performing strategies.
• Conduct SEO audits and improve site structure and Core Web Vitals.
• Coordinate with content/brand/product teams for SEO alignment.
• Monitor analytics with GA4 and GSC and provide updates to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Lead outreach and link-building strategies to enhance rankings.
