Job summary
Mitchells & Butlers plc in Birmingham seeks an experienced Power Platform & AI Engineer to join the Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will design, develop, support and enhance Microsoft 365, Power Platform and AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and enable digital transformation.
Based at our Birmingham City Centre Head Office, the role offers a flexible hybrid working approach and opportunities to drive adoption, governance and value across the business.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and delivering Power Platform solutions within a corporate setting.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled workflows and governance.
- Proven ability to manage incidents and support requests in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy and govern Power Platform and AI-enabled solutions within guardrails.
- Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 and agent estate, handling incidents and service requests.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting Copilot Studio, Foundry and related services.
- Document designs, maintain knowledge bases and handover source assets for sustainable support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, reports and user experience.
