Job summary

Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking a hands-on Power Platform Developer in the UK. You will work on automating processes, integrating systems and delivering client-facing portals across Power Platform components.

The role focuses on building, testing and implementing practical solutions, with opportunities to explore AI/ Copilot features and advanced data insights. Hybrid working is offered with stakeholders and business users across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Pages including Power Automate and Power BI preferred.
• Power Apps and wider Microsoft experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve Power Automate workflows, approvals, notifications and automated processes.
• Build Power Pages and client-facing portals.
• Connect systems and automate data movement between them.
• Translate non-technical requirements into working solutions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards as part of broader solutions.
• Test, implement and improve solutions.
• Explore emerging tech like Copilot, AI and agents where valuable.
• Consider security, permissions and access during development.
