Job summary

Marsh is seeking an experienced broker to join our Power facultative broking team in London. You will lead placements from enquiry through binding, engage clients and London Market reinsurers to structure tailored solutions, and negotiate outcomes across the full lifecycle.

The role suits an established Power broker or someone with strong Power underwriting or placement experience ready to take broader broking responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Power insurance or reinsurance.
• Proven ability to manage full placement lifecycle.
• Experience with London Market reinsurers.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power facultative placements from enquiry to binding.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to define risk and objectives.
• Negotiate terms with London Market underwriters.
• Produce high-quality submissions, slips, and contracts.
• Manage multiple placements with deadlines.
• Collaborate with Marsh teams to deliver client solutions.
