Job summary

Compass Group UK & Ireland Ltd’s CH&CO division seeks a Digital Transformation Manager to lead the replacement and transformation of life-expired POS and payment technologies across CH&CO sites. This hybrid UK role requires extensive stakeholder engagement, end-to-end deployments from discovery to handover, and travel to client locations, with salary £65,000–£75,000 DOE plus benefits.

Experience in hospitality tech, PCI DSS familiarity, and strong leadership are essential to deliver projects

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale POS replacement programmes.
• Strong hospitality, retail or food service technology experience.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and leading projects.
• Experience working with third-party installers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end POS and payment technology replacement programmes.
• Manage site discovery, requirements gathering and deployment planning.
• Coordinate with operations, commercial and technology teams.
• Ensure PCI DSS compliance and security standards.
• Oversee deployment schedules, risks and reporting.
