Medacs Healthcare is recruiting a PIP Functional Assessor (Registered Physiotherapist) in York on a permanent basis. The role blends home working with an assessment centre, focusing on clinical judgement, evidence review and written justification rather than treatment.

Ideal candidates are NMC/HCPC-registered professionals with UK clinical experience and strong report-writing skills. The package includes a structured pay progression and a supportive, training-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active NMC or HCPC registration
• Minimum 1 year UK clinical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident use of digital systems (35 WPM typing speed)
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)

Aufgaben

• Conduct face-to-face and telephone PIP assessments in a professional and empathetic manner
• Analyse medical evidence and clinical information
• Produce accurate, detailed and evidence-based written reports
• Work to defined quality standards and clinical frameworks
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative colleagues
• Attend the assessment centre as required
