Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Physiotherapist Locum in Newham for a 3-month period. The role offers hybrid working with 1–2 days on-site and a pay rate up to £36 per hour, across a 36-hour week. Immediate start with Adult Services and a focus on community-based reablement.

The post requires HCPC registration and an Enhanced DBS. Suitable candidates will join a multidisciplinary team, delivering rehabilitation and education while maintaining thorough record-keeping.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is mandatory.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Willing to work in community-based reablement services.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat clients in the community.
• Manage rehabilitation and falls prevention caseloads.
• Undertake advanced physiotherapy assessments for complex cases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Support discharge planning and care package adjustments.
• Deliver training and education sessions to colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records in designated systems.
