IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Solicitor to join our WPPI team in Glasgow. You will manage a mixed caseload from initial instruction through resolution, including pre-litigation and litigated matters, with collaboration from experienced solicitors and paralegals.

We value strong advocacy, court procedure knowledge, and client-focused service. The role offers hybrid working (2/3 days from home after training), supportive culture, and clear progression paths.

Qualificações

• Qualified Scottish Solicitor with NQ to 5 PQE.
• Experience in Sheriff Courts and All-Scotland Personal Injury Court.
• Strong advocacy skills and knowledge of court procedures and case management.
• Compassionate, client-focused and able to work independently with supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation and litigated personal injury claims.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation and court proceedings.
• Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
• Advise clients on legal processes and outcomes; mentor junior team members.
