Job summary

Haven in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to join the Marketing Operations team. The role focuses on testing, strategy and producing paid creative across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms to scale effective ideas and retire underperforming ones.

You will bridge creative excellence with performance results, working in a hybrid setup (3 days in office) and collaborating with internal and external teams to produce scalable assets and AI-driven outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in performance creative strategy and paid social across Meta, Google, TikTok.
• Ability to develop creative hypotheses, testing plans, and structured learning agendas.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative direction.
• Strong briefing and communication skills across media, brand, design and production teams.
• Experience with AI tools and highly automated environments; familiarity with high-volume consumer sectors is valuable.

You'll drive the testing, the thinking, and the learning – working across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and beyond to build paid creative that enables us to quickly scale effective ideas and retire underperforming ones. If you're commercially minded, curious about what works, and ready to bridge the gap between creative excellence and performance results, let's talk.What you will be doing:- Testing and strategy – Driving testing for paid creative across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms, developing structured hypotheses around messaging, format, visuals, and audience relevance- Creative briefing and Production – Working closely with internal and external teams to translate ideas into practical, scalable assets.
