Job summary

Isio is seeking part-qualified actuarial students to join our Actuarial & Consulting team, supporting UK DB pensions advisory services for trustees and sponsors. You’ll work in a collaborative, client-facing role, building consulting and technical skills across diverse projects.

We offer hybrid working with flexibility to split time between offices and home, across multiple UK locations. A strong focus on development, mentorship, and opportunities to progress in pensions and wealth advisory

Qualifications

• Part-qualified actuarial student with DB pensions industry experience.
• Excellent consulting and technical skills, commercial outlook and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication and client delivery abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering UK DB pensions and benefits advice to clients.
• Engage with clients, present advice, and support team development.
• Assist in developing new business with existing and new clients.
• Support in actuarial valuations, pension strategies, communications, data projects, and related tasks.
