Isio is seeking a Pensions Actuarial Analyst to join its Actuarial & Consulting team in the UK, including Reading offices. The role offers hybrid working between office and home, with a focus on advising trustees, sponsors and organisations on defined benefit pensions and related projects.

The successful candidate will have part- qualified actuarial status with UK DB pensions experience and strong consulting skills, plus a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Actuarial student pursuing FIA/FFA or equivalent.
• UK DB pensions industry experience.
• Strong consulting and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver UK DB pensions and benefits advice to clients.
• Engage with clients, present advice, and support team development.
• Assist in new business development with existing and new clients.
• Contribute to actuarial valuations, pension strategies, communications, and data projects.
