Job summary

Klipboard (formerly Kerridge Commercial Systems) in the UK is hiring a Payroll Administrator to join the Reward team. You will manage monthly payroll, ensure statutory compliance, and administer pension schemes across our entities. This role requires strong numeracy and meticulous attention to detail.

You will work in a hybrid setup with three days in the office and two days at home, liaising with HR, Finance, and pension providers to ensure accurate payments and timely HMRC submissions.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate monthly payroll activities for multiple entities.
• Administer statutory payments and entitlements and provide guidance on eligibility.
• Conduct payroll reconciliations and validation checks for accuracy.
• Maintain payroll, pension, and employee records across systems.
• Prepare payroll reports and submit information to HMRC and providers.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, pension providers, and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and controls.
