Job summary

verkind is seeking an experienced Patient Support Team Lead to steer a fast-growing telehealth clinic. You will balance exceptional patient experience with strong conversion, retention and operational KPIs, leading a customer-facing team.

You'll own the patient journey from initial enquiry through to consultation booking, managing performance, pipelines and data in Salesforce and Medistack, while collaborating with Marketing, Clinical and Operations. Coventry office twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Recent experience managing a customer-facing team in a KPI-driven environment.
• Proven track record in sales, conversion and retention.
• Strong CRM experience, ideally Salesforce, with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Patient Support Team with accountability and high performance.
• Own the patient journey from enquiry to consultation booking and retention.
• Manage performance against sales, conversion, retention, service and KPI targets.
• Oversee lead pipelines and data using Salesforce and Medistack.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical and Operations to improve the patient journey.
