Job summary

NFP People is advertising a part-time Programme Officer role based in Hove with hybrid working. You will support the Catholic Mission Network programme, coordinating admin, communications, events and resources to equip parishes and priests.

Reporting to the National Missioner, you’ll manage enquiries, newsletters, the online resource hub and budget tracking, while working with clergy and lay leaders across the Diocese. This is a 3-year fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, communications and programme coordination.
• Experience organising meetings, events and online activities.
• Experience managing budgets, databases and producing reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for programme enquiries and support the smooth running of the CMN programme.
• Produce and distribute a monthly e-newsletter.
• Manage and update the CMN online resource hub.
• Organise and promote meetings, training events and support the delivery of online and in-person training events and conferences.
• Work with regional contacts to develop and maintain a central database of Society parishes and clergy.
• Monitor expenditure and assist with budget tracking and reporting.
