Job summary

Shelter Cymru is seeking a Peer Research Coordinator to connect with Peer Researchers and support the team’s work rooted in lived experience of housing issues.

The role sits within a well-established Peer Research Team, supporting qualitative and quantitative research, report writing and public speaking. It is offered as a part-time role at 21 hours per week with hybrid working across Wales.

Qualifications

• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
• Empathetic approach to homelessness and housing issues.
• Ability to work on casual contracts and part-time arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Peer Researchers within Shelter Cymru.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new Peer Researchers.
• Collaborate with the Campaigns Team on policy, research and public affairs.
