Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking an experienced Paraplanner in Central London with hybrid working. You will join a technical team of paraplanners, handling high-quality suitability reports and robust financial planning solutions across a pooled client base.

Progression is available towards Senior Paraplanner or Adviser, with strong leadership and a long-term view to develop the paraplanning function. Excellent exam support and flexible working are offered.

Qualifications

• Solid Paraplanning experience within an IFA / wealth management firm.
• Grounding in IFA Administration.
• Diploma qualified with clear interest in progressing to Chartered.
• Experience producing written financial advice and suitability reports.
• Whole-of-market research experience.
• Strong understanding of compliance and advice processes.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality suitability reports for adviser sign-off.
• Interpreting client data and translating it into robust financial planning solutions.
• Conducting whole-of-market research across pensions, investments, and tax planning.
• Carrying out cashflow modelling and complex calculations.
• Supporting advisers and senior paraplanners on client cases.
• Contributing to wider technical and research projects within the business.
• Maintaining compliance standards and accurate client records.
• Building close working relationships with advisers and the technical team.
