Job summary

DWF in Manchester is recruiting a Paralegal to support a Major Injury and Casualty team handling high-value personal injury files up to £20 million. You will assist with progression of cases, disclosure, witness and expert evidence, and trial preparation in a busy litigation environment.

The role offers a hybrid pattern with two days in the office each week, opportunities to work with leading insurers, and a supportive team committed to excellence and development.

Qualifications

• Interest in EL/PL, RTA, personal injury or catastrophic injury cases.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and data handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members with progression of personal injury cases (RTA, EL/PL) through litigation.
• Support disclosure, witness and expert evidence and trial preparation.
• Liaise with clients and third parties and update files.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the legal team.
• Adhere to department and client service standards and protocols.
