Warrington Borough Council is seeking an experienced Panel Adviser to join the Regional Fostering Recruitment Hub. This pivotal role provides independent, expert advice to the Fostering Panel and Agency Decision Maker (ADM), ensuring high standards of foster care and compliance.

The post is part-time (18.5 hours) with hybrid office and home working. You will work closely with fostering managers, social workers and partner agencies to support service development and better outcomes for children

Competenze

• Experienced social work professional with passion for quality assurance and fostering practice.
• Ability to provide expert guidance on fostering legislation, regulations, and National Minimum Standards.
• Ability to work with fostering managers, social workers, panel members, senior leaders.
