Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Permanency and Fostering Panel.
- Analyze and report on trends and outcomes for children and their carers.
- Identify and implement strategic changes to policy and practice.
- Provide support, training, and advice to social work staff and panel members.
- Oversee quality assurance of paperwork presented to the panel.
