Job summary

Gregory Martin International is seeking a P3M Consultant / Project Manager for a hybrid role in England. The position involves delivering end-to-end project and programme management services to clients across sectors including defence, energy and health.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and account leads to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives. The role requires proven PM/portfolio experience, a degree or equivalent with a recognised qualification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP) and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project, programme, or portfolio management roles.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a relevant professional qualification (APM, PRINCE2, MSP).
• Agile background, ideally Scrum Master or SAFe certified.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Asana or Trello.
• Strong track record of delivering projects to time, cost, and quality standards.
• Experience working in a consultancy environment or with government clients.
• Experience within the defence sector.
