Job summary

Tunstall Healthcare (UK) is recruiting an Out of Hours Customer Service Representative for our hybrid role based in the UK, with office in Whitley (DN14 0HR). You will handle inbound calls and emails, log requests in the ERP system, and ensure high standards of customer care.

Your day-to-day includes call handling, admin tasks, and cooperating with engineering teams to meet SLA targets. A customer-focused mindset and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with good customer service experience and administrative skills.
• Prior experience in an office environment is desirable.
• A recognised customer service qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performing call handling and scheduling administrative tasks; including processing targeted number of emails from customers and engineers.
• Ensuring all requests are logged on the Tunstall ERP system with correct and accurate information.
• Ensuring the highest standards of Customer care is delivered every time.
• Investigate existing enquiries via calls and emails.
• Coordinate engineer leave requests and create daily and on-call rotas.
