Job summary

CPM in Stokenchurch is seeking an highly organised Operations Executive to support field teams and drive operational excellence across the business. You will act as a central point of operational expertise, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and partners in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and effective communication between internal teams, external partners,the clientand suppliers
• Be the operational expertadvising and guiding, troubleshootingand problem solving
• Proactivelylook at ways to improve processes and systemsusing the latest technology to drive efficiencyand improve costs
• Support field team activities, including organising training sessions and events
• Attend and support the organisation of client offsite conferences and meetings
• Produce and distribute account toolkits and field documentation to agreed standards and deadlines
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers to manage equipment purchasing, distribution, and asset tracking
• Work with the wider team tocreateand maintain Salesforce and reporting systems on tablets and mobile devices
• Work cross-functionally to resolve day-to-day operational issues
