Reed Marketing & Creative are currently working with a leading organisation in Bracknell to recruit a Marketing Campaign Manager. You will develop and deliver integrated omnichannel campaigns using customer insights, CRM, and performance data to drive engagement, acquisition, and commercial growth.

The role offers hybrid working and the chance to influence marketing strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• Significant experience in campaign marketing or customer engagement.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver omnichannel campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with objectives.
• Create plans to drive acquisition, retention, loyalty and engagement.
• Collaborate with digital, CRM, content, social, ecommerce, retail ops and merchandising teams.
• Use insights and performance data to shape strategies and activity.
• Own timelines, objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks for campaigns.
• Analyse results to maximise ROI and effectiveness.
• Lead delivery of high-profile marketing initiatives on time and to a high standard.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.

• Provide recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders for future activity.
• Support budget planning and ensure spend aligns with objectives.
