Job summary

Health Partners Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to support clients in creating healthier, safer working environments. You will manage a diverse clinical caseload, provide case management, health surveillance and vaccinations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet service levels.

The role is hybrid with clinics and client sites in central Liverpool, offering flexible hours and a competitive salary depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Nursing qualification.
• NMC registration.
• Demonstrable experience in occupational health.
• Experience with client wellness days.
• Trained to deliver clinical services including health surveillance, vaccinations and phlebotomy.
• Experience with complex case management and referrals.
• Experience with rail industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional occupational health case management advice to expedite early return-to-work for absent employees.
• Provide and maintain advice on health issues, health promotion and education to employers and employees.
• Work autonomously and with the multi-disciplinary team to meet service levels.
• Undertake health surveillance, including vaccinations and phlebotomy as required.
• Operate within NMC Code of Conduct and maintain revalidation evidence.
• Ensure records are stored and handled per Data Protection/GDPR policies.
