Job summary

Optima Health, the UK's largest occupational health provider, is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor for hybrid working across multiple education and housing clients. You will deliver F2F case management, health surveillance, and escalations, with regular travel to Derby and East Midlands Housing sites and occasional Wolverhampton activity.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with experience in Occupational Health.
• NMC registration.
• Ability to travel to client sites weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health services across multiple education and housing clients.
• Deliver face-to-face case management and health surveillance.
• Attend Derby College and East Midlands Housing sites as required, with travel to Wolverhampton College on ad hoc basis.
• Work from home on remaining days with 360 minutes of clinical capacity per day, supported by AI Scribe.
