Oakdale is seeking an experienced Neurodevelopmental Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support for neurodevelopmental assessments. You will manage calls, bookings, records, and invoicing while maintaining confidentiality and data protection.

The role requires flexibility, including reception cover and occasional evenings, with a commitment to accurate data entry and high-quality service delivery across sites in Harrogate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years current administration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong telephone manner.
• Ability to work with a neurodiverse client group with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming/outgoing communications (phone, email, post).
• Schedule/confirm appointments; send reminders to clients and clinicians.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and admin systems.
• Monitor shared inboxes; respond promptly and professionally.
