Job summary

CRH plc is seeking a Network Manager to lead Network Services, Operations and Delivery, ensuring stable, secure and high-performing networks across the organisation in a Hybrid UK environment.

You will drive strategy, governance and transformation initiatives, with strong leadership of a ~7-strong team and close collaboration with IT leadership, architecture, and vendors. This role demands deep networking expertise and a delivery-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on network operations experience.
• 5+ years management experience in network/IT teams.
• Experience in construction materials/industrial manufacturing sector.
• Strong vendor/MSP management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead network services across WAN/SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, Firewalls, Remote Access.
• Own service governance, SLAs, KPIs and performance reporting.
• Develop and execute network strategy including Zero Trust and cloud networking.
• Manage transformation programmes and cross-functional collaboration.
