Job summary

SEA LTD in Bristol area is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design, development and support of our advanced products. The role covers progression from design through test, commissioning and in-service support, with responsibility for requirements management and lifecycle execution.

The role can be based at our Bristol, Beckington or Barnstaple sites with flexible/hybrid working. Salary up to £65k depending on experience, plus bonus and extensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in the Engineering Lifecycle as a Systems Engineer.
• Strong requirements capture and management using MBSE tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle.
• Provide technical inputs to bidding activities.
• Coordinate integration and production qualification activities.
• Lead product trialing and testing activities.
• Generate and execute work packages.
