Job summary

SEA LTD in Bath, Somerset seeks a Senior Systems Engineer responsible for design, development and support of naval protection products. You will manage requirements throughout the lifecycle, contribute to bids, and lead integration and testing activities across multiple sites.

The role allows flexible working; Bristol, Beckington or Barnstaple bases with hybrid arrangements and a strong benefits package including health insurance and pension.

• Extensive experience in the engineering lifecycle for a Systems Engineer.
• Good grasp of requirements capture and MBSE tools.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Senior Systems Engineer will be based at either our Bristol, Beckington or Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working.

The salary for this role is up to £65k, depending on experience.

The skills you need

• Degree, HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
• Extensive Knowledge and experience of working within the Engineering Lifecycle as a Systems Engineer
• A good understanding of requirements capture and experience of using a requirements management tool to manage requirements
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of using MBSE
• Leadership and team leading
• Experience of Sonar or the Underwater Battlespace environment
