• Extensive experience managing mechanical assets in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (LOLER, PUWER, H&S).
• Proven asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategy experience.

• Provide legal, statutory and operational guidance across mechanical assets.
• Define maintenance regimes, inspections, and safe operating requirements.
• Lead and audit national maintenance delivery via service partners.
• Manage relationships with client, compliance team, procurement and stakeholders.
