Hyered in London is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition in the music marketing space. You’ll identify opportunities, manage a robust pipeline and close deals with labels, artists and management teams.

Working with the marketing team, you will craft tailored proposals and campaigns while building long-term relationships. This hybrid role offers growth as the company expands and revenue targets are met.

Formación

• Proven experience in business development or sales within music marketing, digital marketing, distribution or label services.
• Established network across record labels, artist management or artist teams.
• Confident communicator who can influence decision-makers and build relationships.
• Commercially minded with pipeline management and revenue targets.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across record labels, artists, management companies and wider music industry contacts.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline, from outreach through pitching, negotiation and closing.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers across labels, artist management and artist teams.
• Lead discovery calls and deliver pitches tailored to client needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft tailored proposals and campaigns.
• Take ownership of sales targets and grow earnings as the business expands.
