Job summary

Airbus is recruiting a Minor Works Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of construction and facilities projects across Filton and Newport. You will manage scopes, budgets and delivery plans, coordinating contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant delivery within a live environment.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, with a schedule centered on 35 hours per week and a pay rate of £32.93/hour PAYE or £44.05/hour Umbrella, requiring UK Nationality and SC clearance

• Knowledge of building services, facilities maintenance and refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a portfolio of minor works and facilities projects from feasibility through to commissioning.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across Filton and Newport sites.
• Develop project scopes, budgets and delivery plans.
• Lead contractor tendering, procurement and commercial management activities.
• Monitor project costs, variations and final account settlements.
