Job summary

London Arena, United Kingdom is seeking a Specialized Cloud Network Engineer to drive multi-cloud network architecture across AWS and Google Cloud with hybrid connectivity to on-premise systems.

You will implement network automation, IaC, and secure networking services while maintaining reliability and performance in a fast-paced environment. This contract roles supports Citi's cloud transformation on a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of public cloud services adoption at scale across AWS/GCP.
• Experience with network segmentation and DNS/Load Balancers.
• Experience with Direct Connect, Interconnect, VPNs and SD-WAN.
• Proficiency in IaC tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation, Deployment Manager).
• Programming in Python and Go.
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps and SRE practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage multi-cloud network architectures across AWS and Google Cloud.
• Establish hybrid cloud connectivity between on-premise and cloud environments.
• Implement Network as Code and automate network provisioning.
• Configure DNS, load balancing, API gateways, and CDNs.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline network operations.
• Provide SRE-focused reliability, monitoring, and incident response for networks.
• Create documentation and mentor junior engineers.
