Job summary

Optima Health is recruiting a MSK Physiotherapist for an onsite occupational health service in Crewe. You will assess and treat employees with musculoskeletal conditions, manage cases, and perform workplace assessments from a dedicated onsite clinic.

The role involves delivery of evidence-based interventions, education, and collaboration with employers to support safe, timely return to work. Start date appears November 2026 with training and case-management support before the onsite service

Qualifications

Clinical Physiotherapy qualification (UK)
Minimum of 18 months post-registration UK experience
Full CSP membership and HCPC registration essential
Experience or interest in Occupational Health Physiotherapy preferred
Strong MSK experience required
Driver license and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to employees onsite or remotely
Identify and advise on workplace hazards or factors contributing to musculoskeletal disorders
Conduct workplace assessments such as DSE and task analysis; provide recommendations
Maintain clinical objectivity in line with occupational health guidance
Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation with a biopsychosocial approach
Produce clear reports for employers and advise on functional capacity and workplace adjustments
