Job summary

MBDA UK in Bolton is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Planning and Control Manager to lead a dedicated MP&C team and drive end-to-end planning across NPI development and production.

You will develop the MPS, manage SAP-based MRP, collaborate with supply chain colleagues to validate material plans, and deliver on-time commitments while improving processes and KPIs. Security clearance is required. We offer a competitive package and site facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent level education in a relevant field.
• Experience in supply chain management within manufacturing.
• SAP or similar MRP system experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Planning & Control team and provide leadership.
• Develop the MPS in line with production schedules.
• Manage MPS in SAP to enable production and material orders.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to validate material plans.
• Drive process improvements and KPIs for MP&C.
• Develop system reports and automated SAP data reporting.
• Ensure accurate customer commitments and on-time delivery.
