Allianz UK is seeking a Motor Fleet Underwriter in Maidstone, offering a hybrid role with three days in the office. You will own renewals and new business, build broker partnerships and participate in industry events to grow the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in underwriting and assessing complex risks.
• Track record of developing broker relationships that drive growth.
• Ability to manage large or complex risks and cases.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of allocated renewals and/or new business to retain strategic accounts.
• Develop trusted partnerships with brokers to unlock opportunities and strengthen market presence.
• Represent Allianz through face-to-face engagement, networking and industry events.
• Support team development by guiding peers, reviewing referrals, and ensuring high-quality service.
• Work with internal departments to streamline processes and deliver client-focused solutions.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for priority clients, anticipating needs and delivering tailored support.
