AXA Commercial protects businesses, from multinationals to micro start-ups, giving them confidence to thrive. In Bolton, we’re seeking a Motor Claims Handler to join our busy Commercial Claims team, helping customers over the phone and managing your own caseload with care and accuracy.

You’ll complete a comprehensive onsite induction followed by 12 weeks’ dedicated training, then transition to a hybrid pattern. Typical hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends.

Formación

• Claims handling experience is essential.
• Sound negotiation skills and tactics in managing claims.
• Confident communicating over the phone while using computers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of motor claims.
• Investigate claims to make policy and liability decisions.
• Communicate decisions to relevant parties, ensuring understanding.
• Suggest and implement best claims methods to achieve cost-effective settlements.
• Build and maintain broker relationships.
• Identify potential fraud and refer suspicious claims for investigation.
• Update systems accurately with information.
• Provide excellent customer service, treating customers fairly.
