Job summary

Insite Finance is seeking a Mixed Tax Senior in North Reading. The role blends personal and corporate tax with advisory exposure, working in a flexible, hybrid environment with a 2.30pm Friday finish. You will manage a mixed portfolio and collaborate with managers and partners on complex matters.

The position offers a salary of £45,000–£55,000, discretionary bonus, and strong benefits including pension, private medical insurance after probation, and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Tax compliance experience within accountancy practice.
• Strong understanding of personal and corporate tax.
• Client-focused with ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review personal tax returns and computations.
• Complete corporation tax computations and returns.
• Handle P11Ds, PSAs and related compliance.
• Assist with HMRC enquiries and correspondence.
• Support on ATED and employment-related securities returns.
• Conduct technical research and draft advisory reports.
• Liaise with accounts and audit teams on tax queries.
• Mentor junior staff.
