Job summary

Precept Recruit is seeking a Permanent, full-time Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administrator in Derby, East Midlands with hybrid flexibility. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure, delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions and supporting security compliance.

You'll manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Azure and Purview; participate in security incidents and drive digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure.
• Security and compliance knowledge, including Purview.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300) desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Manage Entra ID, MFA and Conditional Access
• Support and maintain Intune for device management and compliance
• Manage Azure resources and security best practices
• Configure Purview data governance and compliance controls
• Participate in security incident response and vulnerability management activities
• Contribute to digital transformation projects and IT infrastructure improvements
