Qualifications

• Proven experience producing 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to produce accurate engineering drawings, assemblies and BOMs.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials and engineering principles.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational skills for design task management.
• HNC/HND or degree in Engineering or related field advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate with production, procurement and project teams.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Produce manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings and BOMs.
• Collaborate with production, procurement and project teams to support development and manufacturing.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards, specifications and customer requirements.
• Support design modifications to improve manufacturability, quality and cost.
• Manage and maintain design documentation and technical records.
• Apply engineering principles to ensure designs are practical for production.
