Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (Engineering / Renewables) to lead the UK marketing strategy from Tamworth. This hybrid role offers significant ownership over campaigns, content, and marketing automation to drive high-quality leads and support commercial growth.

You will manage HubSpot CRM, develop targeted campaigns, and collaborate with senior leadership, sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading B2B marketing programs.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the UK marketing strategy in line with commercial objectives.
• Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, campaigns and customer journeys.
• Drive lead generation and improve the quality and conversion of marketing leads.
• Develop targeted email campaigns, landing pages, forms, CTAs and lead nurturing journeys.
• Manage customer data, segmentation and CRM governance to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Create and oversee engaging content across social media, digital channels and marketing collateral.
• Support go-to-market strategies for new products, services and commercial initiatives.
