Job summary

Kensa is hiring a Marketing Executive to shape and grow our marketing function from London with hybrid working and occasional travel between offices. You’ll own email campaigns, content creation, and digital channels, turning technical expertise into marketing that drives awareness of ground source heat pumps.

The role offers a creative, proactive environment where you’ll build new processes, lead projects and collaborate across teams to accelerate the UK’s shift to greener heating.

Qualifications

• Around two years’ experience in a marketing role, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating the skills needed for this position.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience creating content and marketing assets using Canva or similar design tools.

Responsibilities

• Email marketing: plan, create and deliver campaigns across key markets and customer groups.
• Website & Digital Optimisation: keep the site fresh and aligned with brand; support lead generation and engagement.
• Content creation: publish news, blogs and campaign assets; design graphics for digital channels.
• Social media & community building: manage organic presence on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram; grow audience.
• Events management: promote exhibitions, webinars and industry events with targeted campaigns; measure impact.
• Marketing operations: improve processes, tools and resources; enhance reporting across marketing.
