Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing, Communications, PR, Social Media, or Engagement.
• Strong copywriting skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing social media channels and digital campaigns.
• Experience creating and editing photographic and video content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, community groups, and external partners.
• Draft and deliver communication plans for projects and campaigns.
• Support reputation management with consistent messaging across channels.
• Respond to escalated inquiries and direct to appropriate teams.
• Draft press releases, articles, and internal communications.
• Maintain WordPress website content and publish updates.
