Ad Warrior Ltd in Scunthorpe is seeking a Management Accountant on a hybrid basis. The role offers study support and a starting salary around £40,000, with opportunities to develop broad commercial finance experience.

You will own monthly management accounts across several entities and work with operational teams to provide meaningful financial insight. Ideal candidates are actively studying or qualified by experience, able to produce timely management information and support forecasting and

Qualifications

• Ability to produce monthly management accounts across multiple entities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial information.
• Experience preparing journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Experience communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash movements).
• Produce flash results after month-end.
• Post month-end journals and adjustments (accruals, prepayments, payroll, stock, WIP).
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities.
• Analyse performance and provide insights for management commentary.
• Prepare monthly project and contract reporting and allocate income/costs across contracts.
