Job summary

Harmonic seeks a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join the London team in a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 from home). You will own consolidated reporting, drive variance analysis, and provide executive commentary to senior leaders.

The role supports Marketing Finance and ensures IFRS/UK GAAP compliance across multiple entities. You will work with the Head of Finance and Director of Financial Control to deliver accurate reporting, robust reconciliations, and continuous process

Qualifications

• Part/Fully Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Experience in consolidated P&L and balance sheet reporting across multiple entities.
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills; Netsuite or similar ERP experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated P&L and balance sheet, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Act as the link between BU FBAs and group reporting, translating BU insights into a cohesive group view.
• Deliver clear, actionable executive commentary on performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver timely, accurate reporting and monthly P&L reviews for Marketing Finance.
• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and review of monthly group balance sheet reporting; maintain robust reconciliations.
• Support annual audits, ensuring IFRS/UK GAAP compliance and smooth processes.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes, systems, and reporting to support growth.
