Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities

• Post all incoming invoices onto the bought ledger.
• Match goods receipts against invoices and process payments.
• Assist with sales ledger and complete VAT returns as needed.
• Manage the Month End Process including bank reconciliations.

Excellent communication skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Ability to work collaboratively

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Experience in using Microsoft D365

Experience in using and creating reports in PowerBI
