Job summary

An international marketing agency is seeking an Entry-level Assistant Management Accountant to support AP and AR processes, assist in preparing management accounts, and handle finance queries across the business. The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience, be studying for an accounting qualification, and possess strong Excel skills. Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Currently studying for a professional accounting qualification.
• Desirable: agency or professional services experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly management accounts (P&L, Gross Profit, Balance Sheet).
• Provide insightful variance analysis and commentary.
• Process sales and purchase invoices and manage credit control.

Skills

Bookkeeping or accounting experience

Strong Excel skills

Excellent written and spoken English

Ability to multitask

Studying towards a professional accounting qualification
